- An unfinished printer driver installation
- Print jobs that are fixed in the queue
- Select the Apple menu, then choose Device Preferences.
- Choose Printers & Scanners, Print & Scan, or Print & Fax.
- Control + click anywhere within the Printers window, and then select Reset Print System.

- If prompted, enter your username and password, and then select OK.
- The printing method is rearranged.
- Switch off the printer for 5 seconds, then switch on the printer.
- Pick the Add button in the Printers window on the Mac.
