  • Some printers on the control panel have a wireless button, and the front panel has a blue light. Confirm the lights are switched on and not flickering.

Step 2: Enable Web Services

  • Allow Web Services either from your HP Printer control panel or from the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
    Enabling Web Services on your printer enables you to interact with web-connected printing services over the Internet.
  • The printing services which are linked to the web include HP ePrint.

Ensure that Web Services are turned on and the software is modified before using HP ePrint.

  • Switch Web Services off your HP Printer monitor directly. If the machine flicks a notification to update the firmware press Update.
  • Then press the HP ePrint button on the control panel for the printer.
  • If you do not have the HP ePrint button on your HP Printer’s control panel, go to the Web Services Configuration,
  • Network Setup or Wireless Settings to open the Web Services menu; the Web Services option varies depending on your printer model.
  • If the display prompts, depending on your printer model, to switch on Web Services or set up HP ePrint, touch or press Turn On, Allow, or Setup and then proceed to next stage.
  • If you are asked by the printer to update the firmware touch OK or Upgrade.
  • When a Web Services Overview screen or linked status appears, it means that Web Services have already been enabled.
  • Click Print Infoand then proceed to the next level to access an information tab.

Step 3: Obtain the email address of your HP Printer

  • Stay up for your printer to print the Instructions page after you have started Web Services. In addition to your
  • Printer’s email address or the printer claim code, the details page contains information about Web Services.
  • A delay occurs when the information page is printed on the printer. Keep on for about 5 to 10 minutes if you have turned ON Web Services but the printer doesn’t print the information tab.
  • If the printer still doesn’t print the information sheet, turn OFF Web Services to get a fresh information page and then turn it ON again.

  • If the email address for the printer is not included in the information sheet, treat the printer claim code as the email address for your printer. For example, an email address for the printer would be visible as 87ajfyghkj75ghg@hpeprint.com. Popular domain address for all printer claim codes would be com, which varies from one printer to another.

Step 4: Printing with HP ePrint Setup

Using your mobile device, phone, laptop or tablet to print from anywhere as long as you have an Internet connexion and an email address. Be sure to check the following HP ePrint email specifications before sending an email using HP ePrint.

  • Insert the email address in the To area of your Mailbox.
  • If more recipients are to be added, enter the email address in the cc: field.
  • In the subject field enter the subject name. Sometimes the HP ePrint server will cancel the print job if the subject line is unfulfilled.
  • The total email address shouldn’t exceed 10 MB or less, including attachments.
  • Please attach no more than 10 attachments per email print job.

Step 5: Print a document or photo from your mobile device

  • Open your mobile device’s HP ePrint app, and select the document or picture you want to print using your laptop.
  • Tap Preview after selecting the document or picture, depending on the mobile device you are using. A preview screen will be shown for print.
  • Tap Edit on the preview screen and find the tools for editing the software to control the settings and make more adjustments to the settings of the document or picture print.
  • Touch Done and return to preview screen, then press Print.

How to Printer Unboxing Setup?

You buy a printer, do you? When you buy a printer, you need to follow certain compulsory steps before printing. One such step is setup unbox. For the process follow the steps below.

Step 1:Unpack the printer

Consider the list of contents in the shipping box before unpacking, as it may vary by country / region.

  • Push the ink cartridge into the empty slot at an upward angle, shove the ink cartridge until it is fixed. Seal the door after installation.

Step 3:Load paper into the tray

You can’t get the hard copy for your messages without a paper. When using a paper make sure it is not stapled or bended.

  • Heave tray for input. Ensure it is compatible with the printer while feeding the paper into the input tray.
  • Move the paper width guide to its farthest position. Feed a paper stack into the input tray.
  • Place the paper with the short edge moving forward, and face the printed side. Shove the stack until it finishes.
  • Set the paper width guides to the right until they snap against the paper edge. Make sure you don’t bend the edges while adjusting.
  • Once the above steps are done, pull the output tray and tug the output tray extender out.

Step 4:Install the printer software

Aligning the ink cartridges is required after performing all the steps to get quality printouts for your documents or photos.

  • The printer will automatically imprint the alignment page after loading the paper. Raising the lid of the scanner.
  • Position the alignment page onto the scanner glass with the printed side down. Place it on the glass, based on the engraved guides.
  • The scanner lid is sealed. Press the Start Copy button on the printer control panel, or Start Copy Color button.
